A self-exclusion blocks your account from deposits and playing for a specified period longer than 90 days. While a self-exclusion is active, you can still log into your account to request a withdrawal of any funds.
You can set a self-exclusion directly in your account under 'Timeout & Self-exclusion'. You can exclude for the pre-defined periods of 3 or 6 months or until a specified date, however the shortest time period possible for a self-exclusion is 3 months.
To set an exclusion until a specified date longer than 6 months, please select the "Custom date" option and enter the date you wish your self-exclusion to be active until. After the period expires, your account will automatically reactivate.
Please note that you can also extend your self-exclusion at any time directly in your account.
If you wish to block deposits and playing for a shorter period, you can set a timeout in your account in the same section. You can find more information about timeouts here.
