A timeout allows you to lock your account from depositing or playing for any time period up to 90 days. You can choose between a pre-defined time period (1 day, 7 days, 1 month) or set a timeout until a specified date via the "Custom date" option. The timeout can be set directly in your account under 'Timeout & Self-exclusion'. After the selected time period expires, your account is automatically reactivated.
Please note that you can also extend your timeout at any time directly in your account.
If you wish to block deposits and playing for a period longer than 90 days, you can set a self-exclusion in your account in the same section. You can find more information about self-exclusions here.
