If you would like change a stake, loss or session limit that is set in your account, please contact our customer support via our Help Center, live chat or at support@bet-at-home.com.
Please note that if you have a stake, loss or session limit that was set by our Responsible Gaming team, these limits cannot be seen or changed from within your player account. If you wish to know how much remains on one of these limits, please contact our customer support via live chat or e-mail at support@bet-at-home.com.

Important: When you increase or remove any limit, there is a 24-hour waiting period before the change comes into effect.
Decreasing a limit or setting a new one becomes effective immediately.
