You can verify your account via our verification partner ShuftiPro. Once verification is initiated by us, you will receive an individual link on your registered email address to upload the necessary documents: a valid ID (passport, driving licence, national ID card), a current proof of address (not older than 6 months) and a selfie. You can also upload your documents in your account under Verification once it is requested.
We accept the following documents as a proof of address:
- Recent utility bills (gas bill, water bill, TV/internet bill - no mobile phone bills!)
- Certificates of registration
- Documents from banks (such as bank statements) or insurance companies
- Official letters from an authority or the government
Please note that scans and screenshots cannot be accepted for verification, please upload your documents in their original formats with all corners, edges and information clearly visible.
If verification of your account has not yet been initiated and you wish to verify your account anyways, please contact our customer support via live chat or at support@bet-at-home.com and we will be happy to begin the verification process for you.
Important: Manual verification of your account is not possible, it can only be completed via our verification partner ShuftiPro.
If verification of your account is requested and not completed within 30 days, your account will be automatically locked. Additionally, while verification of your account is open, it will not be possible to process withdrawals from your account.
Please note that we may also request additional documents or information on a case by case basis.
