There are a wide variety of reasons as to why you may not be able to request a withdrawal at the moment. Common reasons include:
- You have an active bonus. As long as a bonus is active in your account, no withdrawals can be requested. You can check the rollover requirements and current progress for your active bonus in your account under "My promotions". You can find more information about bonus rollover here.
- There is an open verification request for your account. You can check this in your Account Overview under "Verification". You can find more information about account verification here and source of funds verification here.
- You did not play at least 70% of your deposit. If you have not played at least 70% of your deposit, any withdrawal request will be rejected until you have done so.
- The selected payment method has not been used for a deposit yet.
- The requested withdrawal amount is higher than your available withdrawable funds.
- The withdrawal was requested to a payment method that is not in your name.
- Incomplete or incorrect bank details.
- For withdrawals via credit card: Your card is not valid until at least the following month. Your bank also may have declined your withdrawal for reasons unknown to us.
- The withdrawal amount you selected is lower than the required minimum amount for the chosen withdrawal method. You can find all the details and corresponding amounts in the "Withdrawal" section in your account.
