Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours of request. If your withdrawal is still pending 24 hours after you requested it, it is usually for one of the following reasons:
Open account verification - In this case you can complete the requested verification in your account under Verification or via the link you received by e-mail. Once you have successfully completed verification, please contact us via live chat or at support@bet-at-home.com for your withdrawal to be processed. Open source of funds verification - In this case you can upload your documents in your account under Verification, the responsible department will check the documents within 24 hours and we will reply to you via e-mail once they have been reviewed. Open Sofort/Trustly deposit - While deposits via Sofort and Trustly are credited to your account immediately, it can take up to 3 banking days for us to receive the actual funds transfer. If you have recently deposited with Sofort/Trustly, especially before or over the weekend, and request a withdrawal, we can only process the withdrawal once we receive the funds. If your requested withdrawal is not processed within 3 working days of your last Sofort/Trustly deposit, please contact our customer support.
Open documents request - In some cases we may request specific documents or information via e-mail, if such a request has been made, your withdrawal can only be processed once all documents and/or information have been received and verified.
