Internal betting limits apply to all bets offered on our website and are set by our risk management department. However, they vary depending on the betting market and type of event.
If you receive a message about exceeding a winning limit for a bet, you can always place the bet with the lower stake listed in the notification. At times you may also be able to submit your bet for manual approval, however please note that it is not guaranteed that the higher stake will be accepted. If the option for manual approval is available, you will receive a prompt with the following options:
- To place the bet with the lower stake allowed
- To submit the higher stake for approval, but if it is not approved, to place the bet with the lower stake allowed
- To only place the bet with the higher stake if approved. If the higher stake is not approved, the bet will not be placed.
However, if you cannot place a bet and you don’t know the exact reason, you can always contact our customer support at support@bet-at-home.com. Please also provide us with the error message you receive when you try to place your bet.
