Bets may be cancelled and settled at 1.00 for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
- The player you bet on did not play in the match. Please note that if the player did not start, but was substituted in later on, the bet will be settled normally
- If the wrong odds were offered when you placed your bet
- If there is an obvious error with the bet, such as incorrect participants being listed
- If the bet was a Bet Builder bet and one of the bets included was cancelled
- If the match was interrupted or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of when it was scheduled
- If your bet was placed after the betting event took place, i.e. if you bet on a goal after it was already scored
- If the bet was a Head to Head bet and one or both of the starters did not participate
