If verification of your account, source of funds or proof of address were requested and it is not completed within 30 days of the request, your account will automatically be locked. If your account has been locked for this reason, please contact our customer support at support@bet-at-home.com and they can reopen your account in order for you to complete the requested verification.
Please note: You will not be able to deposit, play or withdraw until the requested verification has been completed. Additionally, if the verification is not completed within 7 days of the account being reopened, your account will automatically be locked again.
